There is literally everything that you could think of (and also those you could never imagine) from trampolining to wrestling, pole fitness to raving, hula-hooping to circus, and every kind of yoga you could ever imagine! Do a bit of research and book in advance and you usually have to take these kinds of classes, but this will help you to make some great memories and try something brand new whilst in this great city. London does a lot of things well, and their quirky fitness classes are one of them! 

Go For A Walk and Picnic In Hyde Park

If you’re not wanting to spend loads and want a chilled day with a bit of exercise, then a walk and picnic in Hyde Park is ideal. Pack a picnic with all your favourite healthy snacks, some ready to drink cocktails and maybe a game, then have a walk around after you’ve eaten. If you want to see all of the park without walking all the way, then you could hop on the Santander Cycles that are dotted all over the park to make sure you don’t miss anything! 

If you fancy it, you can also hire things like pedalo’s for the Serpentine! This is such a wonderful way to spend the morning without having to spend a lot of money. 

Eat At Rovi

When looking for somewhere to stop off for some food that is healthy and nutritious, Rovi in Fitzrovia is wonderful. It’s a smart casual restaurant serving small plates, with a large amount of the menu being veggie and there is a strong focus on fermentation which is known to be fantastic for gut health. There is no compromise when it comes to flavour, with the most fantastic eclectic dishes that will seriously blow you away. 

Go To Floatworks

If you’re looking for something super relaxing, then go to Floatworks! There are water pods where you are lying in total darkness, with the pods having shallow water at the bottom that you float in. It’s designed to help relax the mind and muscles, along with having lots of other health benefits. This is something really unique and a wonderful thing to do, especially if you’re a solo traveller and not too interested in more social activities!
